1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (an individual or the entity you represent) and BlazePoster ("BlazePoster", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the BlazePoster website, platform, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, joining our waitlist, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them along with our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
BlazePoster is a B2B SaaS platform that provides:
- AI-powered social media content generation using Anthropic's Claude models
- Content scheduling and automated publishing to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
- Voice Studio for personalised writing style replication
- Graphic Studio for creating branded post images
- Web search grounding, document upload, and post repurposing
- Analytics and performance reporting for published content
- Team collaboration tools with role-based access control
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your active subscription plan.
3. Account Registration and Workspaces
3.1 Account Creation
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Workspaces
Upon registration, a Workspace is automatically created for you. A Workspace is the isolated environment within which your content, platform connections, voice profiles, and team members are managed. You are the Owner of your Workspace and are responsible for all activity within it, including actions taken by team members you invite.
3.3 Team Members
As Workspace Owner or Admin, you may invite other users to your Workspace and assign them roles (Admin, Editor, Approver, Viewer). You are solely responsible for ensuring that team members comply with these Terms. You may remove team members at any time.
3.4 Account Security
You must notify us immediately at hello@blazeposter.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
4.1 Plans and Pricing
BlazePoster offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
4.2 Free Trial
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin a trial on certain plans. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
4.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise BlazePoster to charge your payment method for the subscription fees applicable to your plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
4.4 Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription purchase. Refunds after this period are granted at our discretion. To request a refund, contact billing@blazeposter.com.
4.5 Plan Limits
Each plan has defined limits on monthly posts, connected social accounts, and team seats. When you reach a plan limit, the relevant feature will be blocked and you will be prompted to upgrade. We do not charge overage fees — limits are hard-capped.
4.6 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period except as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:
- Post, publish, or schedule content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets
- Violate the terms of service of any social platform you connect to BlazePoster (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X)
- Spread misinformation, disinformation, or deliberately false content
- Engage in spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour on social platforms
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated means without our written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's account
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, overburden, or impair our infrastructure
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service
- Use the AI content generation features to create content that impersonates individuals, organisations, or public figures in a misleading or deceptive manner
- Generate or distribute content promoting illegal activities, violence, self-harm, or exploitation of minors
You are solely responsible for all content published through your Workspace. BlazePoster is a tool; we do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content you create, schedule, or publish.
6. Social Platform Integrations
The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) via OAuth. By connecting a platform account, you:
- Grant BlazePoster the permissions necessary to publish content, retrieve analytics, and manage scheduled posts on your behalf
- Confirm that you are authorised to connect the account (i.e., you own it or have been granted permission to manage it)
- Acknowledge that your use of connected platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms of service and community guidelines
- Understand that platform API changes, revocations, or rate limiting by third parties may affect BlazePoster's ability to publish on your behalf
We are not responsible for any suspension, restriction, or termination of your social media accounts by third-party platforms arising from your use of BlazePoster.
7. AI-Generated Content
7.1 Content Ownership
Content generated through BlazePoster using your prompts, topics, and inputs is yours. You own the output. You grant BlazePoster a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content within the Service for operational purposes.
7.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. BlazePoster uses web search grounding to improve factual accuracy, but we make no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for publication. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
7.3 Compliance with AI Platform Policies
AI generation is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Your use of AI generation features is subject to Anthropic's usage policies in addition to these Terms. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse generation requests that violate applicable AI usage policies.
7.4 No Training on Your Data
We do not use your content, writing samples, or generated posts to train AI models. Content is processed by the AI solely to generate outputs in response to your requests.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 BlazePoster IP
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and all underlying technology, is owned by BlazePoster and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant BlazePoster a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
8.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant BlazePoster the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 "As Is" Service
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10.2 No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantees about the results you will achieve using the Service, including engagement rates, follower growth, business outcomes, or the performance of published content.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlazePoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to BlazePoster in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10.4 Third-Party Platform Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or penalty arising from changes to third-party social platform APIs, their terms of service, their moderation decisions, or any suspension of your accounts on those platforms.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlazePoster, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) Your Content; (c) your use of the Service; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights, including social platform terms of service.
12. Service Availability and Modifications
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@blazeposter.com or using the account deletion option in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13.2 Termination by BlazePoster
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you: (a) violate these Terms; (b) engage in fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) fail to pay subscription fees; or (d) act in a manner that threatens the security or integrity of the Service or other users.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Billing obligations incurred prior to termination remain due. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 14) will survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law. For any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, we encourage you to first contact us at hello@blazeposter.com to resolve the matter informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, depending on applicable law in your region. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief.
15. Waitlist Terms
By submitting your email address to join the BlazePoster waitlist, you consent to receive communications about the product launch, early access, and related updates. You may opt out at any time by emailing hello@blazeposter.com with the subject "Remove from waitlist". We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or prominent in-app notification before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
